Project Management

Prepared Response has extensive experience managing and implementing large scale projects. We have been working with Washington Association of Sheriff and Police Chiefs (WASPC) and The Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP) implemented Rapid Responder in all K-12 schools in the state of Washington. Prepared Response has completed the mapping and training for thousands of schools, staffs and agencies across the country.

In addition to providing the technology, we bring together all the necessary partners and building team consensus for a wide variety of tactical and emergency plans, as well as directing the process of developing community-wide crisis readiness. Prepared Response services include orientation meetings, digital mapping, data entry, preplan tactical meetings and training sessions. These sessions bring together all the key stakeholders—management, local responders, mental and public health personnel, local government, and safety staff— building team consensus for developing effective emergency plans and directing the process of developing community-wide readiness.
