Jim Finnell
President and Chief Executive Officer

Jim is a seasoned veteran with more than 20 years of experience in public and private companies and in a broad range of industries including technology, emergency services, and operations.

He has experience in financial and operational areas including; rapid growth environments, mergers and acquisitions, both small and large organization operations leadership, and communication requirements with boards of directors and investor groups.

Jim served as Partner & Chief Financial Officer for an Internet data networking and software development company. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded international medical laboratory company. Prior to this, Jim held a number of positions in the public safety industry with American Medical Response, Inc., (NYSE: EMT) ranging from Vice President of Operations to Divisional Financial Officer. Jim also worked in emergency services as a licensed field paramedic for more than 10 years.

Jim has an MBA and BSBA from the University of Colorado, as well as a degree in Emergency Medical Care and Rescue from Minnesota State University.
