Marc Nemirow
Senior Executive at The Benaroya Company

During his more than thirty-year career Marc Nemirow has been engaged in virtually every aspect of commercial real estate including financial analysis, acquisition, disposition, financing and development activities. His varied experience ranges from being in-house counsel to Aetna Life and Casualty's Real Estate Investment Department to Vice President of Aetna's A E Properties, to Vice President of Development and Finance for the Koll Company in Seattle and Portland, to Senior Vice President of Security Pacific Bank's Northwest Realty Ventures. 

Nemirow is currently a senior executive at The Benaroya Company in Seattle, and is integrally involved in all aspects of the company's real estate activities. He also assists in many of The Benaroya Company's legal matters, including lease negotiation and contract documentation.
