Michael Brown
Chief Operating Office and Chief Technology Officer

Michael Brown brings over twenty one years experience in architecting, designing, deploying, and performance-tuning complex systems.   His diverse experience includes full lifecycle development of high reliability systems for Internet, financial and power industries.  

Prior to joining Prepared Response, Mr. Brown directed operations, technology and product development in enterprises ranging from the US Navy to Internet startups.  Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered innovative, market-centric solutions in hyper-competitive environments.  In addition to his work in information technology, Mr. Brown is a highly accomplished in numerical and operational risk management methods and techniques.

 Mr. Brown graduated with merit from the United States Naval Academy and also holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University, and an M.B.A. from Pacific Lutheran University.
