Andrew Gustafson Named VP of Finance and Administration at Prepared Response, Inc.

SEATTLE, Wash., August 8, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Prepared Response, Inc., a leading provider of crisis management systems for police, fire, and other emergency responders, today announced the appointment of Andrew Gustafson, CPA, as vice president of finance and administration.

Gustafson is responsible for the long term financial strategies of the company. This includes ensuring that the necessary resources are available as needed for growth and continued investment in the product and services of the company. In addition, Gustafson is responsible for all accounting, finance, tax, legal, and human resources strategies and activities.

Gustafson earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seattle University and is the recipient of the prestigious Sullivan Leadership Award that earned him a full tuition at the university.
