Security, Terrorism, and Emergency Experts Join New Advisory Board
at Prepared Response, Inc.
Frank Cilluffo, Paul Maniscalco, Peter Lucarelli, and Donald Gilberg provide
expertise to fast growing crisis management company
SEATTLE, WA -- May 23, 2006
-- Prepared Response, Inc. (PRI), a Seattle-based developer of crisis management
planning and response systems, announced today the formation of an advisory board
made up of well known industry experts. The advisory board members bring a wealth
of information and expertise in the fields of security, terrorism, risk management,
and emergency response to PRI’s senior management team. The board advisors are:
Frank Cilluffo- A former White House Special Assistant to the President for Homeland
Security, Cilluffo now works as Associate Vice President for Homeland Security at
The George Washington University. He leads the University’s homeland security
efforts on education, research, training, and policy. He also directs the multi-disciplinary
Homeland Security Policy Institute and teaches a graduate level course on
counterterrorism and homeland security at the Elliott School of International Affairs.
Paul Maniscalco- A former Deputy Chief/Paramedic for the City of New York, Maniscalco
now works as an assistant professor at The George Washington University. He is a past
president of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT)
and chairman of the NAEMT National EMS Administrators Division. Chief Maniscalco
has over 30 years of public safety response, supervisory, and management experience.
Peter Lucarelli- Peter Lucarelli recently retired as Fire Chief for the city of
Bellevue, WA after serving there for 14 years with distinguished service. Chief
Lucarelli is an experienced public safety professional with more than 41 years
of fire protection and life safety services. He started his career with the Los
Angeles City Fire Department as a Firefighter in 1963, and progressed through
the ranks to Assistant Chief.
Donald Gilberg- As an expert on insurance, risk assessment and mitigation,
corporate intelligence and fraud investigations, Gilberg serves as Senior
Managing Director of Security Accelerator LLC, a strategic advisory and
investment firm serving the homeland and national security markets. Gilberg is
the former Senior Director of CivitasGroup where he served as a consultant to
companies in the security space.
