T.J. Miller Joins Prepared Response, Inc. as Vice President of Federal Sales

SEATTLE, WA -- May 15, 2007 -- Prepared Response, Inc., a leading developer of crisis management planning and response systems, today announced the appointment of Thomas J. (T.J.) Miller as Vice President of Federal Sales. Miller will be responsible for the company’s growth strategies in the U.S. government market. He will focus on sales of Prepared Response, Inc.’s crisis management systems and other technologies to federal agencies and defense related businesses.

Miller has over 20 years experience delivering technology solutions, including licensed software, adaptive solutions, and consulting services to the Department of Defense, State Department, Department of Transportation, NASA, and other federal agencies. Miller has held senior executive positions with Lucent Technologies/Bell Labs, Oracle Corporation, Unisys, and General Dynamics. In addition to his federal background, Miller has extensive experience in international business development and sales.

Prior to his service in the private sector, Miller served as Assistant to the Secretary of the Navy and as a legislative director in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration/Government from University of South Carolina and an Advanced Management degree from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Miller served in the U.S. Armed Forces as Operations and Intelligence Officer.

Miller will staff a new sales office for Prepared Response, Inc. in the Washington D.C. area.
