Our Rapid Responder course work covers the basics of tactical language, efficient navigation through the Rapid Responder user interface, and best-practice suggestions for quick retrieval of the facility’s critical information.
Training Summary
These two courses are generally taught consecutively. One hour devoted to those who only need viewing access. Those needing administrative access will attend both courses totaling three hours of training.

Navigation Course |

Learn to navigate through the Rapid Responder system. View vital contact information and emergency pre-plans. Locate essential shut-off valves and fire suppression equipment along with more critical data necessary in managing any crisis situation. |

Data Administrative Course |

Learn to update and maintain vital information and critical data in Rapid Responder. Participants review techniques and practice changing data in the system. |
Focused Training
Key data screens are discussed in detail, with special attention given to staging areas, tactical aerials, family reunification sites, security/fire alarms, utilities, chemicals and any other emergency information unique to the customer’s site.
The PRI trainer shares real-life stories of how other facilities have used the Rapid Responder application to illustrate various types of emergency situations and responses.
